The center has two barracks, including 12 beds and is building extra barracks.
During the opening day, Sr. Tue Linh, the head director of the center hopes, "This center is not only a place to care for sufferers, it is also a propaganda against AIDS". Currently, there are 4 sisters and 20 volunteered doctors. The Consulate of Canada in HCM City, have supported $24 000 US to build two more buildings. This is the first center to assist AIDS sufferers in the last period of their life, in Vietnam.
